I looked at a few of the recent pages and a few of the first pages. I've definitely seen worse from professional manga artists, but that's a pretty low bar. It's hard to tell her skill level from the comic alone, because work like that requires some shortcuts in order to produce enough content each week. That said, I would rank her an intermediate artist.
