Help anon out. I'm working as a customer support, and while there's times when there's no volume and I get to sit around and watch paint dry, I'm looking for video courses that I can simply watch meanwhile. And yes I have access to Google and the whole web to research, so no limits regarding that. Only issue is I can't download, as It's a chromebox and I'm at work. So what online courses can you recommend me.

Wouldn't you get fired because you're being monitored? I do customer service and can browse internet (and /ic/) but I as soon as I get a beep I know to minimize or else they'll fire my ass when the recording of my screen starts.
You might want to read instead of watching video to avoid missing call ping but then again I'm just assuming how it is for you.
