This is very good, of course first of all clean up the lines when you finish up her lines (even though I don't mind sketchy style, most do not).

Second I fill the hand should be facing away with fingers out if the arm is going that direction. If you want her hand facing the direction you have it going it, you want the inner elbow to look like it gets thinner nearest to the body, or it looks like the outer elbow is facing away (which makes the hand look wrong).
