Is it better to practice topic by topic :
for example start with perspective , when it's all done , start anatomy then when it's done start environmental design , etc
or is it better to have a schedule , for example
Monday : perspective
Tuesday : Anatomy
Wednesday : Coloring
etc
What is your thought ?

by studying what you suck at?? art isnt like math or sciences

I suck at a lot of things. I'm no beginner though although I need to polish my fundamentals.
I have only 2 hours a day after uni. And I'm interested in drawing pin ups only.
So should I stick to only anatomy / figure drawing and then coloring ? And perspective later ?

Work on your drawing basics, learn how to draw basic forms and learn how to shade basic forms, once you have a good grasp on that tackle figure drawing

these are things you should be answering yourself, and only yourself. no one knows how far you want to progress and where you actually stand. little advice wont get you far, you need to spend some time alone and thing about things. think about where you want to be and how youre gonna get there without having to constantly seek for advice, take it slow and make it count for what its worth. 2 hours a day is enough to get some things down, even if you dont draw. just sit quietly and think things through.
