But I'll bite. You probably drew this guy the best you could, in a cartoony style with a large head and modern day fashion sense (except the ripped jeans.)

Learn anatomy if you really wanna learn how to draw. Not how to draw a human anatomy graph but general shapes of the human body in various of poses.

Sure, if you want a cartoony style that's fine but even then you still need to have good fundamentals - ex. the hand that's blocked by the other hand is short as fuck and tiny in width.

You have experience in drawing heads, I can tell - but the main issue is that you'll need to learn how to do it properly with view angles and perception. Otherwise, not bad for a 12 year old doodle.
