When drawing the lips you should try to keep the shape in mind and prioritize that over the color of the lips. Otherwise the shape isn't communicated clearly and the lips stick appear flat or as if they don't fit onto the face.

Also, the entire neck is a mess. Not saying you should add details if it's not the focus, but then draw it as a simplified shape.
