Hey man, I think idea and your overal understanding of functionality is quite impressive.
You also sectioned of colors in a very nice manner. Assuming you did not just copy someone elses work this is a good start.
All of this said, Your ability to draw anything convincingly in 2D is completely lacking.
I'm going to guess that you drew this with a computer mouse.
You actually really do need the sticky so you can learn fundamentals but once you do have those you have a better visual library or ability to piece together reference than most people who start to draw. The hard part is accepting that the sticky is a necessary evil.
As for being brutal, Look at where you put your signature. How desperate are you for validation in your art? It's a doodle. Once you make good art people will remember because of that.
A signature should be a way for people to find you if they want more of what you just did. Leave it in there so that those who want to find it can find it but you're not a tagger.
