I did all of these the past two days would love criticism and feedback reguardless of how crude or negative or positive! Thanks

They lack an understanding of 3D forms. Especially in the eyes, which are a complete mess.

Directional strokes in the hair are nice, though.

There are many anatomical mistakes, but for a beginner you are far from the worst I have seen. There is a lack of understanding of the position of the different body parts. For one, the ear is much too low. The eyes are very 2D, and the eyeball and pupil are much to blame for this. Check the sticky, use some of the books linked there. Visit the beginner thread. And as a much more general drawing tip, use your pencil much more lightly and build up layers. One reason why the lips look wrong is because you are drawing what you think is there, not what is really there. You draw a thick line because that's what you believe is there, instead draw thin lines, building up into the shape of the lip.
