Does drawing from a picture of real life count as drawing from real life, do you reap the same benefits when practicing. Cause I don't know where I'm supposed to find naked women posing for me in sexual positions. Also what are good things to draw from real life to improve my abilities

draw literally anything from life to improve your knowledge of it and expand your visual library

practice drawing the gesture from a skeleton 10 second sketch.
Then build the form up as I did in the 2nd sketch. Then I finally erase my construction lines and add detail.

This is incorrect.

The term "Life drawing" is used to indicate drawing objects you see directly with your own eyes.

If I drew your pic, I would not be drawing a naked woman, I would be drawing a picture of a naked woman.

Drawing at all will help you imorove, but drawing directly from 3D subjects will help you improve the most.
