Especially second one is important. If you don't provide content regularly, your following won't grow. It's better to slash your painting into "sneak-peak", "initial sketch", "inking", "final piece" and post those in the span of 4 days (or 8 or 12, remember that chunks of times should be relatively small too, if you update once a week it's not enough) + add some minor stuff to engage audience than to dump all of it in one update.
