Background: I draw but I never tried digital art , I only have mouse no drawing tablets , what are some good ones for about 100 - 150$ ?
Does this kind of practice that I just did help ? * only watched the color mixing tutorial for PS , took screenshot on the right and copied colors with various brushes to apply raw colour and blend * or is there some kind of better practice , what are your go to yt channels for this kind of stuff?

And when I say I copied colors I mean direct Eyedropper tool , should I not do that even tho Im at the very beginning ?

Using the eyedropper tool in the beginning is fine. When I piractice I first try to get the right color down first then compare it to the eyedropped color. Then I try again until I get it right.
