Worry about what you're doing right now. What are you doing right now that's advancing your skills as an artist? Are you putting in the time? Are you seeing any meaningful progress? If not then why? What are my weaknesses? If you can't do those basic things and evaluate and apply(this is the most important part) yourself and your art, you will never get better. It's as simple as that.

There is no future, there is only the present. There is only what you're doing.

Your art is shit, but if you actually work hard towards your goal and use your critical thinking skills, yeah, you can be a better artist. Anyone can, if they're dedicated. This has more to do with your character rather than your art. How much do you want it? That's not enough, it's what you actually do that matters in the end.
