For one her chest looks way too long for the pose she's supposed to be in, it feels like the perspective is off. Is she supposed to have abs? Or what are those bumps on her belly?
Also, the size and shape of the thighs seems off, unfortunately I can't redline it, but her left thigh looks too thin near the 'base' of the leg, and her right thigh looks too large near the ass. Hopefully you understand what I mean
Last thing, although it's possible you were just going for this particular look, her face's features seem a bit to concentrated on the lower part of the head? Like she had a normal sized head compared to her body, but her actual face is rather small, like that of a child or something like that

It would be great if someone more experienced than me could critique this though, also to tell me to fuck off/confirm what I said

yeah man, that shit bugged me too. like it actually felt weird to draw. you know when you overshoot a curve somewhere in the picture that messes up the rest of the picture, but can't find out where it was? kept erasing to see if I could pinpoint the problem but then I was like nah. whatever. she can be made of jelly.

I really wanted to put those cookie cutter animu eyes a bit higher on the head, but already filled in the unnatural solid black "eyelashes" with too much graphite, so it would just look smudgy with eraser treatment.

guess that's a lesson to never fill in lines too dark before the whole thing is done.

this is a pose way too hard for your skill level. his neck is broken, she's looking somewhere over his head, the hands are really bad, her lower body is too small, her shoulders area is all over the place, the foreshortening is completely wrong wherever you used it, and so on. and these are only perspective and anatomy errors. when it comes to more subtle advanced stuff like conveying emotions, body language, character interaction, you fail even more miserably. heh, at least you are trying I guess.

Does nobody really actually give a shit about lighting? His stuff is nice but its the same lighting in every pic. I always try to add dynamic lights for good contrast but then someone else posts a simple cell shaded pic with literally 2 tones and people seem to like it more. Seems like thumbnail readability and simple values and colors do better than more complex rendering.

Depends on the purpose. If it's a hit and run piece it can be Shadman quality and people will be satisfied. You'll get commissions regardless.
If it's for a game or comic, quality is important because people will be potentially buying your work if they think you put in the effort.

I am in the same spot you are, and I am realizing more and more that smut is not about dynamic lighting and that kind of creativity at all. All people want is appealing smut, and the simpler the scene is, the more they enjoy it. Which in my opinion sucks, but that's the kind of audience we are delivering to. Try adding an spotlight rather than just 2 tones of shading (those body parts look rather flat).
Asshole is to close to balls. It looks kinda off.
Make sure to make the muscles tightener, more prominent. Like in the feet, people will notice right away on parts that are common fetishes. try adding more detail on those parts that tend to be the most interest from people (like face, ass, feet, some even have a thing for forearms and hands)

1-It probably has more to do with the feet, rather than the entire legs. Try making sense on where she would be sitting, she seems to have no ground.

2-Try doing less pillowshading. It can be used well in porn if it's subtle, not like if it was defying the laws of physics and having and having a very inconsistent spotlight for your skin. Try doing it more subtle.

Pillow shading is a lack of a clear angle of the light source, in near every case like this (your pic related) light is practically hitting the surface of the body from more than one define location. Pic related. You need to make sure never to draw shadows around the outer parts of the body, that's beginning artist for "I don't know shit what I'm doing" and should go do some actual studying of what you're trying to get down before actually doing it.

Everyone has told you to fix the perspective (myself including) because it's fucking shit. Implying from the guy's viewpoint, we should be seeing from his prospective, and right now, it's like his head is stretching forward like 3 feet ahead of his body to be able to see the female at such a straight on position, which is completely wrong. Get of ref of this position and you can see the girl's head goes further away from the torso (obviously) and undergos foreshorten as a result.

But besides that you have multiple other people like anatomy construction and placement and it's clear you're a novice at this. I'd tell you to go to /beg/ but at least look up some "missionary" positions on fucking Google so you can learn how things actually work in real space. Also, look up Doxy for vagina stuff while you're at it.

currently teaching my body to sit like japanese ppl. I noticed sitting that way puts the hips in a position closer to when sitting up, which in turn makes it easier to hold the back straight for longer hours at the desk. The problem is I can't hold it for more than 20 mins

as a bonus I notices it cures platfoot too, because sitting that way it curves the bones of the foot in the same position

overall the best sitting position for sedentary ppl

You need to be doing gesture daily.

Use this and set it to class mode, get a feel for what it's like and you can do it yourself with other gesture drawing websites. It will start you off with the fastest time and high volume of gestures to warm up, these are purely for capturing movement and making sure you draw the entire body. head torso limbs, all of it.

Then it'll go slower and allow you more time on each one. Still do the exact same shit you did with the fast ones first before you go into any other detail on your long poses. Eventually you ease in to the 30 minute poses and from there you could pick something to work on for a few hours.

But just make sure you do at least one long detailed pose per week and every day you should be doing 30 seconds down to 30 minutes.

In your downtime i'd strongly suggest learning about the skeleton, some anatomy that interests you or you have trouble with (like how breasts work, where they attach to the body, etc, so you always know where to put them no matter what the pose)

if you want to draw good anime faces you first must understand what good stylization is and how to avoid misplaced symbol drawing, like you have here. the rest of the body is stiff and pretty broken. what you lack the most is understanding of perspective. secondly you'll need a much bigger mileage with gesture to make your lineart and construction less stiff. only afterwards you'll be able to properly stylize to draw appealing anime, or any other style for that matter.

I once took an illustration class taught by a man who was a great illustrator but a terrible teacher. He was constantly aggressive and demeaning to all but his few favorite pet students. English wasn't his first language so he favored the ones who spoke his tongue while the rest of the class faltered. I dropped and took the same course next semester with an equally qualified illustrator and much better teacher. With the same exact curriculum I learned way more and passed the course.
It doesn't matter if you have good info or more experience, if you're shit at sharing it choosing to get it from someone else who's not is completely valid. In this age of easy information sharing people have more choices than ever so you're not special. the major anatomy problem is Varossion's head/face. It's too big and very wonky. make it half smaller and redraw it keeping only the chin and mouth imo. the upper part is out of proportion and perspective. his lower abdomen isn't aligned with his torso correctly. move it to the right (his left).

There's really not enough substance here to say whether or not they would be appealing. Right now they're little more than 30 second gesture drawings. They don't have much depth to them either, forced perspective and foreshortening help exaggerate forms and add a lot of appeal to erotic drawings and these don't have any indication of that or at least what looks like attempts at creating perspective comes across as incorrect size scale between objects rather than things in a foreground or background. The anatomy is too bare bones to truly critique but from the proportions and some of your guidelines like the incorrect way you indicated the ribcage on >>2773612 and incorrectly sectioned the different bends of the torso, I would agree with the other anons that you need more anatomy study or need to use references. I doubt color would help as I don't think you have the anatomical knowledge to place shading and highlights where they need to go. Study up and keep trying.

The more I draw my own porn, the less I'm aroused by the actual idea than the concept. That said, it doesn't stop me from popping a boner in the middle of drawing one of the more interesting parts. It quickly goes away though if a line isn't behaving the way I want it to, or there's some other anatomical issue that I notice.
