How do you guys check your posture and health while you draw? Any tips and methods you use?
I bought an old kneeling chair, quite good but you forget yourself and end up slouched anyway. Still, more natural hip flexion position, so it's an improvement.
I think lumbar support is essential for everyone who draws an hour+ a day

Also train your rear delts with flies or face pulls, even if you don't work out at all this will dramatically improve your posture. I bought some cheap dumbbells, 15 mins a day.
Keep your core tight 24/7, feels odd to begin with but then you realise this is the natural state of the body.
Pullups and chin-ups will keep your posture upright and your back healthy.
Posture is really important: it's tied in with cognitive performance, mood, sleep, all sorts of social signifiers. Don't neglect it d/ic/klets

I use the pomodoro method. 25 minutes work then 5 minutes rest. I get up and dance, shadowbox and move around during the break. Sounds goofy but it helps. Moving also gives you more mental juice for increased focus.

I sit in my chair with the legs like that guy, it puts my hips in a position where it forces my lumbar back straight
as a bonus I noticed it fixes my flatfoot too, since my foot is not flat on the floor, but bended under my own weight in the same position like when exceeding force thru itself
but it's a position which I discovered recently so I am still not comfortable with holding it for a long time
