Chin is too long and receded, doesn't look a lot like Sombra's facial structure.
The ear is, at least for me, more of a formulaic approach. Look at pictures of ears and you'll see how most of normal ears work, it's really simple and in the end you'll memorize the basic lines for it.
I also messed a bit to try to come with proportions close to the original character's. But it's a bit shitty, I can't photoshop too well.

How do you structure your drawing?
Do you lay in all the basic forms in the initial sketch or do you tend to focus on individual details?
Because, if the latter, it would cause you to get tunnel vision, making the proportions be off.
