Likely a scam. A new seller, without any seller feedback, selling something far below its regular value.

I've seen this scam before. Bassicly what they do is give you a tracking that the numbers they buy wholesale of the corrupt post companies, and as long as they are going to your country it appears "legit". Those packages are sent the slowest possible route, and for people buying cheap shit for a dollar so it takes a month or more to ship even though it looks like it has tracking due to china and shipping companies deals on cheap export with tracking.

For every tech savy customer like you, theres 10x more less tech savy grandmas who see a cheap item they or their loved ones would like and think they got lucky, and dont know about refunds or getting their money back.
