i'm interested in The Monkey King by Katsuya Terada what you guys think about doing a small crowd funding for it? i could send $30-40 via amazon to someone if a couple more people do this wouldn't someone else be able to get the free book along with some extra money for the task of scan it and share it with us or is it too risky? someone on the older thread said that is too much work since it's a lot of pages but in my country the library workers could scan (and print) a thousand pages b&w book in less than an hour for $15 (even if it is ilegal) does it work like that in the us?

>>2740274
how do you increase the view on pdf. i can do it with all the books till now but there is no + or - this time.
>>2740317
I don't understand your problem. I will guess though that a viewer (or system) can have some in-built block in case there's a problem with memory.
Try closing your browser and everything that would take a fuckton of processing power/memory and see if it's possible now.
Last thread was basically god tier so I wanna help out a bit! I've got Joe Weatherly's Guide to Drawing Animals, anyone want it? Got no scanner, so they'll just be pics, but if enough people are interested I'll find an hour to do it.
>>2740563

How to Draw by Scott Robertson.
How to Render by Scott Robertson.
Both those books of Gurney's.
Alla Prima: Everything I know about Painting.
Perspective made easy if you're new to that.
That's mostly it, most of the links are just artbooks to flick through.
I mean out of those, I love Kim Meme Gi's sketchbooks and HYPER ANGLE.
>>2742761
Might want to add in Vilppu's Drawing Manual and Hampton's Figure Invention
>>2742762
Right, yeah.
Bridgman is good too, he just tackles a relatively niche subject, construction of the human nude. Good at that subject, though.
There you go, that probably works out to 10 books.
What are the chances that someone would have this scanned? Getting desperate, would be grateful

no chance to find a pdf for this one in the near future huh

>>2744571
Bless you, anon. I'm blind as fuck and needed that large image. Shooting Star Bebop Side (AKA the Durarara artbook) is great. Yasuda's style is a little funky and might take some getting used to, but it's so alive. You can just feel his characters' personalities through the drawings. I feel like I've seen a scan of it somewhere before, so I'm going to try looking for it. I'll report back if I find anything, but I highly recommend buying the artbook for yourself.

What the shit? The anime head on top doesn't look the right size too...
I've been looking for pic related for months (トップをねらえ大全! The Collection of Gunbuster / Diebuster and More). I'd buy it online, but the only places that have it, sell it at 2x the original price or more.

Can anyone help me find these gems?
1) Composition of Outdoor Painting by Edgar Payne
2) Imaginative Realism by James Gurney
3) Art Fundamentals (3DTotal) by Gilles Beloeil and Andrei Riabovitchev, 2013
Thanks in advance!

Oh, lots of animal books! Thank you.
>>2744571
I know that you posted this 10 days ago and you might not be where you were, and you probably won't read this but I'm going to give this a shot because I'm incredibly desperate.
The book with the Pink bunny on it in the bottom left corner. (Looks like it even comes with a tote bag...) If you got that I would probably cry tears of joy. I have an obsession with cute Japanese mascots and that's one of the characters I really enjoy. If you got that I would be super grateful. I live ~4 hours away from a Kinokuniya, and last time I went I didn't see that book.
tldr; i'm an autist whos obsessed with japanese characters and would cry tears if you bought the bottom left book w/ pink bunny
>>2754694
not that anon, but I'm probably gonna be going to the city in a week or so, I'll keep a look out for the book, I got a scanner so I might be able to get at least shitty scans
>>2754364
This is amazing. Thank you.
>>2754364
I've been skimming some of these and I'm pretty impressed by "The Designer Starter Kit". It tells you to get a pen and printer paper, goes through pen exercises (like learning to ghost your lines), and gives a very bare-bones explanation of perspective. At 80 pages (with little text), it's the shortest and most to the point intro to drawing book I've ever seen. I think I'd recommend someone read this before something like Keys to Drawing. I wish this was the first art book I read.
Anyone have The Art of Dishonored 2? Dunwall Archives would also be appreciated.
>>2754364
i really like that these are organized by subject, thanks bro
Does anyone have Michael Hampton's Analytical Figure Drawing 1 video course? I downloaded part 2 ages ago and can reupload this week if anyone wants.

Any recommendations on artbooks from artists who mainly use markers and/or watercolors in their art? Anime or otherwise. I don't care. I'm just looking to study different coloring methods. It doesn't have to be scanned already. I can buy the books.

I have a few artbooks here. Just collected them over the years, I didn't scan them myself or anything. I have the Knights in the Nightmare preorder artbook, a Valkyrie Profile artbook, and some Metroid Prime concept art, but it's low res.

In some previous thread somebody got the Tactics Ogre artbook. Has any progress been made on that?
>>2761602
thank you for this. about the tactics ogre book though, he mentioned that he got bored with scanning it kek.
>>2761638
Well that's unfortunate. Maybe I'll buy it myself someday.

Sorry I haven't checked this thread in a while. Turns out I had deleted the book but I was able to find a decent chunk of it on an abandoned tumbler account, and I also browsed /cgl/ and /a/'s archives in case there was anything else uploaded. Unfortunately it's missing Rui, Berg Katze and the miscellaneous background character pages but now that I know I'm also missing it I'll ask around on /a/ if anyone still has the entire book saved.
Everything I found, re-labeled/numbered

>>2761650
Not worth it imo. For good the art is in game, you only get the full size characters and the rest is quite underwhelming. Only the very few pages with sketches are good, but not even that good. All the faces look the same.
>>2762029
No offense, but I don't really give a fuck lol. I still want it.
>>2762130
You're not me. But yeah, I still will probably get it some day. TO is one of my favorite games.
>>2762139
It's more about my exploration with Masao Tsubasa/Akihiko Yoshida's style at the moment. I got the FFXIV artbook scans but sadly they don't really say that much about the artist's process imo compared to this book.

Thank you!
