If you want to achieve a similar style (for some reason) the automatic trace in Adobe Illustrator, atleast in the older versions, produced similar looking line work when used on inked drawings. In short, it has a shitty vector look to it.

It has blocky lines with what look like deliberately rounded corners. It does have a bit of a shitty vector feel like Anon said. I think it's the rounded corners that do this mostly. It's also quite flat with not a lot of overlap between elements because all the lines melt into each other. The linework looks built-up instead of drawn which also gives it a flatter, less effortless feel.
