I place him as the western Akiya 'golden gravel' Kageichi, but his line work is stronger.

He did a bunch of comics. The only one I have read is his Scheherazade one which was really nice. I'm not sure if all his works are available in English unfortunately.

Yea man, hes done graphic novels. Good stuff too, kind of redefined what you can do in GNs in terms of art and page composition.

Just happy to get another artist to be discussed on /ic/. But studying his works is quite intimidating as an intermediate.
Like i said in the op, his composition is really similar to Akiya Kageichi in the way your eyes can wander the page for ages, just discovering new elements.
