I m a performing artist, and I m planning a piece to support victims of domestic violence. This involves me looking like a victim, I plan to injure myself to a certain degree to appear as horrifying to a passerby as possible. I would like to know, is there an easy way to give yourself highly visible bruises? I m not worried about the pain it can cause, I have sufficiently trained myself to withstand pain.
