It's not just that. Basically the entire anatomy of the torso and lower body is broken. You have no idea where the bones, muscles and respective attachments go, and how they look in such a perspective and pose. If you want to have a decent drawing, you basically have to redo the entire pose, this time maybe paying some proper attention to construction.

The point of gesture drawings (especially quick ones) is to get a feel for the poses and put as much info as you can on to the canvas. So if you're worrying about clean lines and making it look neat then you're missing the point of the exercise.

You have some issues with her face. Elements aren't placed in the right spots. Her eye is too low and close to her nose and mouth, plus the lower eyelid isn't in the right perspective according to the angle of the face. If you draw her cheek you'll see that it is too short based on her expression. Her ear is too low as well. The entire face has this problem where her jawbone is in a different perspective than the rest of the face that is drawn almost from the side. Also, I feel her right thigh should be more visible and her right foot closer to the end of the bed.

The left breast seems fine but the right suggests that you struggled with it. Breast under gravity pressure don't fold forward, think about a water-balloon and its dynamics.

Can't really tell you much new past what the anons already have. The overrendering and large cuts in values for the facial definition makes the chick riding look incredibly old. The gesture is very boring and the image has no real exaggeration or anything going on. Everything is WAY too similar in texture, and the boobs have some antigrav. For the pic itself it would help to add more atmosphere (maybe give an overall tone to the foreground and focus elements vs BG?) and liquid/sweat or something. For future reference, practice gesture with emphasis on exaggeration and expressions. You're not terrible in any case, you need to work on your fundies and what makes shit interesting.
