Digital art gave me carpel tunnel, can I sue?

Different anon here, jokes aside how the fuck do you handle this?
I'm trying to transition from traditional where my hand is light as a feather to digital where I'm forced to use the tripod grip and press down continuously.
It seems the carpal tunnel is inevitable at some point in the future, especially if I draw hours a day.

Do you use small tablet?

Don't press down all the time, these tablets have xbillion pressure levels for a reason.

Not at all, I bought Huion Giano a few weeks ago.

I suppose.. I tried adjusting the pressure setting and the pressure curve in Krita but it seems that I can choose between a very small range of line weight and an ache in my palm.
They better copy the stylus tip from the Apple pencil so we can all use the claw grip and live happily ever after.

I can't help with the pen, either it is shit, or maybe some repeated pushing down will losen it up.
As for your ache in your palm, that could be unrelated. You could hold the pen wrong, had already problems with your hands or the tablet surface could be (too) rough.
