Hello, sorry if this isn't the right board for it but looks right.

I'm from /tg/ and very rarely do something concerning images but something just happened to one of my players character and now he is redheaded so i'm trying to make
this

into a better version of OP pic. I started well enough but now i'm lost, i don't know what to do[spoiler]i think it needs more shadowing[/spoiler] neither how to do it, so, any tips?

Also i'm trying to draw his ear back into existance but i don't really know how.

Well i made it only this far, i don't have any idea of how to continue it so i think i will have to roll with it. But i will stick up until 404 to see if someone has any tip, in any way thanks for the opnion anon.

If you've never painted before you can't just repaint the hair like that without it looking like shit. Just use an overlay layer and put orange over the existing hair, or try an adjustment layer with a mask so it only affects the hair.
