You make pop art, you make things they are familiar with, a lot more people will want to see your shitty drawings of ninja turtles over your shitty drawings about how you feel inside.

The one maxim of capitalism is " supply and demand", so you must supply what the audience demands.

Embed yourself in a premade community, cater to them, doctor who, Sherlocke, some gay anime shit.

Know how to promote and market yourself, your product.

Concentrate making your art visible even 100x100 thumbnail. Thumbnails are usually the first thing people see before clicking so make sure that the thumbnail are enticing as possible.
