Scott improved so much because he understood the issues he had with drawing before and kept at it, pinpointing anything he could and practicing it. It helped when some communities were helpful in pointing out why he sucked.

So figure out what is wrong with your drawing, practice it, and surround yourself with people who will fairly give you the insight to see where to focus on.
