First time poster here, any critiques and tips? I need help with hands and muscle shapes, does anyone know of any good techniques other than "practice practice practice"? Thank you. Also I'm aware there's probably a thousand "how do I draw" threads a day, so sorry if this is dumb lol.

Most immediate thing I'd say needs attention is proportions. If you cover the bit of the figure below the abs it looks like it'd be alright for an exaggerated style figure from a beginner, but the whole body's squished up.
