Have to be careful with caloric intake these days, especially when you're sitting on your ass drawing for hours at a time.

I've got this local tea center that sells novelty teas at $15 per 100 grams, it's not half bad and 100 grams will last you forever.

Coffee. On days where I actually get up early, make some coffee and sit down for art I can actually be pretty productive.

I like to have a beer or two when I draw but whenever I drink a little I end my night wasted because I'm basically an alcoholic, so it's not really ideal.

Juice or flavor water. I'll have caffeinated drinks occasionally, too, but I only use them when absolutely necessary, to make sure that it still has an effect.

Balzac levels of coffee, I just make a pot and pour it in an old protein powder tub and chug it, multiple times per day. Currently on pot #4.

I do this mainly because otherwise my mood will be really shitty, I prefer the jittery energy of shitloads of coffee to my default state anyway. And this mood inspires me to be more creative.

I've never read anything that says it is easy to build a tolerance to caffeine, granted I haven't looked into it because in my experience it still works fine. I've been doing this on and off for years but I've never felt like it's somehow "weaker" now.

I drink plain green chain tea. Like four or five a night, because it stops me from snacking and shitting up my desk.

Assam tea, strong, a little milk and no sugar.

Liquor

Coffee or Water. Cold green tea if I could be bothered to get it more often.

I used to drink a lot of soda, like 1 can a day and I dumped that bcause I wanted to get into shape and now I'm noticing that I have headaches way less often, so yeah I don't miss soda, or crave it anymore. And it was a hard habit to kick especially since my work has free soda.
