I liked these threads better when there was just 1 image (usually a nice portrait) and everyone took a crack at it.

This. We already have a reference thread up at all times, so what's the point of always dumping so many refs in study threads? Just post 1 or 2 refs and the rest of the image limit is used for people to actually post their studies.
