It's very obvious even from his Instagram that he does photo manipulation mostly. His drawing skills are clearly weak, but you don't need to be good at drawing to be popular.

He hasn't "made" it. From the looks of it, he has little published work, and it the rest seems to be fan work - even the stuff that says is made for an IP.

He also tags celebrities/actors in most post, which a repost from them can bring in thousands of followers.

Overall, not worth getting your jimmies rustled over.
