Since this thread is here, might as well give some advice. I will be posting a second picture but my first piece of advice is to mirror the image to get a whole new perspective to see your mistakes. Do you see any now?

This next one relates to my second piece of advice is that you still have a lot to learn on the fundamentals. Excuse my bad handwriting but basically, you did not draw any of the shadows on her face and neck. In addition, you did not foreshorten her facial features. If you look at the painting, her face is tilted down which "shortens" the distances among her facial features. You only drew her features with a eye towards the "Front view" of her face and that is why it looks a bit off. Keep grinding my man.
