I just got this kit for less than 10€.
It's from Bianyo, they have a neat store on AliExpress and the reviews convinced me to buy this, I needed something to start with.
They sell many supplies, and also manufacture/brand some.

The kit has a nice set of pencils, plus some cool stuff like charcoal and paper stumps, and comes with a simple roll-up case.
Perfect for beginners like me who couldn't achieve much with a single HB pencil.

More likely just inspired by, the Jinhao looks absolutely nothing like a Montblanc. Any of the cigar shaped pens the major japanese brands make are much much closer.
