Based on what you've shown, I'd say that weed is probably a good thing.

I heard on /g/ that the american goberment turn a blind eye to programmers who use weed because they are way more productive than non weed heads.

Just don't smoke yourself to death, I guess.

It makes me worse by a long shot and also less motivated, I stopped smoking because I barely drew whenever I smoked, and I smoked more often than I should. It was ruining my routine and I finally resolved that I'd rather do art than do weed.

There are some stoners who can operate just fine high, and that's cool. But for every one of those there seems to be 10 doing the same trashy "stoner art" which looks awful.
