Looks like you drew the features separately. They don't work with each other. Look where the nose is pointing, where it seems to be attached.

Our brains don't process faces feature by feature. That's one reason why police sketches never work: they force witnesses to describe feature by feature when that's not how they processed the visuals. Don't draw like that.

Instead, see it as a whole. Don't draw the nose separate from the left eye separate from the lips separate from the jaws. Draw one cohesive face.
