can any d/ic/ks recommend me a good ballpoint pen that lets you have good variation in line weight? preferably something 0.5mm or below

I've been using hi-tec-c for years which is great for only strong line weights, but i need one that let's you get in some light construction underneath.

You can get really light marks using a cheap ball point pen because of the weak ink.

I personally just do some construction with the gel pen, then hide it with hatching.
