Here are some tips for you anon:
Don't fucking use the ceiling lights, because they tend to flicker between shots making each frame inconsistent. You could use a softbox, but a cheaper alternative would be to use a desk lamp with paper in front to act like a filter.
Get a tripod, because without one each frame shifts a little bit. It makes everything really choppy and ruins the illusion of movement. If you want more dynamic shots, you could invest in a camera slider, or perhaps make your own.
Increase the number of fps you use for your stop motion. Right now you are at about 1-2 fps, you should consider upping it to 15-24 fps.
Despite it being your first shit filled attempt at stop motion, it was fun and pleasing to watch. My final tip would be to focus on the narrative more, and to tell a cohesive story.
