difficult to tell, but one this that differentiates a photo and a drawing is consistency. The entire image is consistently rendered which makes me think it's a photo. If I had a larger image file size then I could tell better.

Buy a projector and/or print very large photos, add glazes with transparent oil paint. Or you can spend hundreds of hours doing it from scratch and still have people questioning both your sanity and the veracity of your work.
