It doesn't because the entire face was drawn with this particular stylistic choice in mind. By "fixing" the eyes, everything else just looks off and incoherent whereis before it looked like it was a clear intentional choice.

I'm the one who fixed it, and that's not me you're replying to, retard. And yes, I did make it look a lot better. Stylization isn't simply a matter of randomly changing things around. If it looks off, you've failed, or you enter the uncanny valley.
The picture OP posted looks like a generic attempt at drawing an Asian woman, but with the eyes too far apart. There's no other "stylization" to speak of. If the artist wants to create a style where the eyes are far apart, he needs to change the rest of the picture to match that style.
He even made the astonishingly amateurish mistake of drawing the eye that's farthest away smaller than the one that's closer, which doesn't apply to the perspective he's used. It's only supposed to be narrower along the X axis due to the angle, not along the Y axis.

They're not even remotely similar. The style in your picture is simplified and cartoony. They've got tiny skulls, wide faces and the characters look so cartoony that they almost completely lack any sense of form or perspective. The OP's picture is rendered to look natural and volumetric, but with the eyes too far apart.

Caricatures are great, if they're done well. They exaggerate certain features while retaining the likeness. The shit in the OP is just moving the eyes apart and calling it "style", and it's particularly bad because it was meant to be a portrait of a specific person whose looks are not defined by her eyes being far apart.
