So, a while back I had been asked by a friend to work on a "Dutch angel dragon" for him to use as an avatar. I haven't done art for other people very often (especially fursonas), so, seeing as I have little experience with this and few people I can really ask for opinions, I've decided to ask thee, 4chan, for critique on improving it so far. (I also don't quite understand making ear fluffs so suggestions on that would be cool! P.S. Yes, the buckle is a fur pattern xD, and I only have the head and neck done in this pic.

It's a forgettable design, poorly drawn, with a lame pallete.
There's not a while lot to say about it, considering it's a bust picture. I'm pretty sure dragons don't have fluff (or eyebrows, for that matter), no matter how 'kawaii desu senpai koiii XDD' they're supposed to be. Line art is garbage and lacks character.
Also a buckle and that one random eye streak as a fur pattern makes no sense. Snout looks okay.
Basically it looks like an unidentifiable mammal that fell into some Pepto. A Peptornimus rex.
