I disagree with the shock culture for shock's sake that has been so popular within a certain group of artists these last decades. That performance would, in any case, start a more interesting conversation that would lead to a more interesting conclusion, and all the process would be more relevant to our context that the boring passe pic OP posted

Op here. Here in russia it was critized exactly for the oposite. Critics(liberals) said it was unrealisticly optimistic propaganda of how life should look like. Not the bleek reality we had.

I'm not saying is bad because it's realistic or not in its atmosphere, surely IRL those peasants would be toothless and starveling. I'm saying that this is just a pretty stamp with nothing going on for it. Of course someone like Basil Sulzhenko may be more interesting although quite repetitive.
