Can we have a generalized way to disseminate this information

Market yourself in every possible avenue, post frequently, present your brand/style as clearly and concisely as possible with equally clear and concise pricing, be patient. Make friends with other artists who are better than you or have a bigger following, don't be an asshole, and when you do get commissions, do them quickly and treat your clients well. Try and make each commission better than the last.

Most of it is just common sense.

I use Twitter mostly and have gotten three commissions recently off comic art collectors. They tend to work in circles and friend each other so they fight half the battle for you

how do i get over the fact that I feel like I'm not good enough to accept money for my drawings?

I get offers, but I feel like I'm not good enough, or my product isnt up to my standards, I feel like I'd have too much guilt excepting payment for a drawing when I know im still learning...
