I tend to steer clear of anything with "...for Beginners" in it. Just present the information as you would a peer. I can fill in the gaps with google as I iterate through the material. Acland is definitely worth the subscription. He shows the origin/insertion points on the dry bones, and then demonstrates the contraction/ resulting movement. As for the youtube playlist, Im not a biologist. I just need to understand the function to be able to capture the form. He presents the information well, and quickly.
