In future I would like to work in a company that makes video games, draw stuff for them and shit. What are requirements to work as an artist? Do i need to finish art school, university or just be fucking good to be accepted?

the first step is knowing what you actually want to do
>draw stuff for them and shit
that isn't a job.
learn about the industry. go on the career portion of video game websites and read job descriptions. that will literally tell you what that person does and what applicants they are looking for.
if you are actually serious at all, this is the minimum you need to do to even get started.
learn what the job is (not just "art shit")
learn what the title is
learn what the requirements are
work on fulfilling those requirements
here is an example from blizzard. read the entire description of their art department

(PS. when they say to take part in an online art community, they are talking about a real community with real artists, not /ic/)
and here is a job opening for the concept art department. read the job description so you know what they do and what they are looking for.

I'm not suggesting you should or need to work for Blizzard. This is just an example, but the only way to achieve your goal is first to define what your goal is (what is the actual job you want? what do you want to do on a daily basis?)
Identify where you are on your road to achieving that goal
Identify the steps between where you are and where you want to be.

Also, people outside of this community are friendly and want to see you succeed.
Reach out to existing artists at companies. Find them on LinkedIn and email them.
There is nothing wrong with asking people about their journey and how they got where they are. Ask where they went to school, ask when and how they practiced. Ask what they wish they knew when they were your age.
Actually talk to people who do what you want to do in order to find out how to get where they are. People will want to talk about themselves and will want to help you succeed.
