So my friend in an art course is going for animation, but her life gesture sketches come out like this.
I want to help her but I don't even know where to start. The pre-requisite for this class is anatomy and she doesn't seem to understand that method where you start with boxes and shapes.
Pic related is an example of a picture from the class today about drawing light and shadow.

Op here. Now I'm no super talented artist either but I got this level of skill.
I want to help her because she's younger than me and I want to give her more help than saying "Your drawing sucks."

Anything you do wont even help you might even just put your bad habits on them, just differ them to someone who is actually a good artist like loomis or vilppu
