The Kankers are the poor kids of lower mean families but are more knowledgeable of adulthood due to their unstable environment.

I assess In real life they would represent the bold delinquent girl your parents would tell you to stay away from as she would most likely influence rebelling into your character and be the one who introduces you to sex as poor youths lead in underage pregnancy.

The art style portrays them as typical trailer trash, but it doesn't focus on attractiveness for any character really so they aren't lesbians or considered unattractive either.
