Gud overall, but you use outlines a lot, it makes it look like from a coloring book. Check out how Jeffrey Watts paints portraits - all over the place. Also the perspective lacking, making it look pretty flat (e.g. her eyes should sit on a curved plane).

If this is a meme thread and the painting is by some old master who went full libtard, I don't give a shit, the point still stands.

Watts doesn't paint 'all over the place'

He just avoids painting with lines, just shapes of color. People like OP paint as if there's some sort of forcefield between shapes so edges suffer a lot
