Has anyone here had experience doing artist alley?

I was able to get a table at NYCC this year and I know what kind of art stuff to bring but I have no idea what kind of stuff to set up and how to haul everything over there.

The con is 4 days long, from Thurs-Sun and setup in Wednesday the day before. Driving back and forth to Manhattan is out of the question, but hauling all this shit on a bus or subway may be impossible. I may end up getting a hotel room for the convenience, even though I live in Staten Island which is over an hour bus ride away, but I still have no idea how to transport everything like art supplies, prints, metal displays to hang shit up, etc.

What do you guys do? I would bring my car if there was a place to park nearby but it's impossible in nyc

If I were you I would get a hotel room and haul the stuff there first. Don't hotels usually have their own parking places?

There's literally a ton of parking garages near the javits.
