How is this style of coloring done? It looks almost like watercolor, but more precise and vivid. There are also spots where it looks like water was dropped on and spread out on it's own instead of brush strokes. How difficult is it to replicate this? I usually just use pencils and never color anything when I draw, but this was a little unique and eye catching to me. This artist has a bunch of drawings like this so I'll post a few and let you guys check it out. I know it's weeb stuff, but I'm more interested in how it's colored not the picture itself, although they are cute.
