ctrlpaint.com has some good videos, go read them

try using quickposes.com, or better yet go to life drawing classes

seriously dont neglect the traditional drawing side. if your art is bad in pencil it will be bad on a wacom

go to art galleries and read art history books. do not only look to contemporary artists for inspiration

don't whine about modern art, that's annoying and not a productive use of time

learn how to paint/draw/whatever in monochrome first, so you can concentrate on values, before moving onto colour

get off this wretched circlejerk of a website as soon as you can
