Just curious, if a youtube user/channel(especially a more sucessful one) uses your artwork on their thumbnail without permission(and/or credit) for the sake of clickbait, is that grounds for a dmca?
Example in the picture; Venturantale(your generic pewdiepie wannabe but still famous for some reason) is using an image that clearly does not belong to him in this thumbnail; although I doubt the original artist even knows who he is
But I noticed that many youtubers, especially the psuedo intellectual ranters and the lets players tend to do this and they're making money off of it

uberdanger does this and its fucking disgusting, he just finds random soft core porn of league characters and paste them all over the thumbnails
