I feel the gemstone on the breasts is kind of flattening. When drawing things like that definitely consider that third dimension-I think hypothetically you'd want the stage-right side of the facet in which it's embedded in to be even less visible if not partially obscured by gem, you basically had the right idea for the most part.

Watch that crown. It's a little asymmetrical, with the leftmost side being just a bit shorter than the right; consider too the slight turn of her head . Overall it's very cute; awesome job.

You have the right idea (you even fixed the ones towards the bottom) When you are drawing jewelry or mechanical things or whatever like that though consider how the parts might project themselves off from the surface they're on. Depending on its shape it might not appear to have such symmetrical contours if it's facing away from being dead center. This image isn't perfect by any means but I hope it kind of gets my point across.

the blue is referenced from the photo, and then the red is taking the knowledge from the reference to apply it towards a more stylized portrayal.

So your biggest issue with that drawing is that you dont understand the planes of the face, your facial features are all drawn at different angles. the jawline and eyes look like they are facing directly at the viewer, while the mouth and nose are very dramatically thrown back.
this angle gives me HUGE problems, so i was hoping by giving you some tips on what throws me off about it i could improve as well, so take my redline w/ a grain of salt. try to study from reference, drawing yourself is a great way to understand because you can touch your own jaw, and see in the mirror what corresponds to what, but you can also use images from the internet. i just googled "head thrown back", quickly draw a couple of em until you understand whats happening. the sticky has great resources for studying the facial planes

phew, after that wall of text, i wanna say that i love the way you drew her teeth, and i hope you can get something out of this. i think it helped me study a bit as well. (im ready to get ripped apart now senpai)

yeah i dont know much or at all about face planes. where are the resources about the facial planes btw? desu i was reading a lil about it the other day and thought it could help me but didnt know how to go about it. Also while i didnt use a ref i kinda based my pose on a expression i saw a celeb do. I tried to find it and found something close to it. I guess when i flipped the mouth before i forgot i had it like that cause the eye that has the lip pulled up closes or squints a bit if that makes sense? But thank you for the advice and redline it does make sense and the google grinding is a good tip.

I like it personally, I find that dopey expression sexy. I wish I had anything substantial to say beyond "I like it" but I don't really see much wrong. Though having said that, if you look at the relationship between her arms and her legs and how they're positioned on the ground plane it almost looks like her right arm is parallel with her left leg, so there might be a subtle perspective issue there. Nonetheless it's pretty cute, nice job bruh.

1. Liquify
2. Deform (selection tool>transform>Deform)
3. Link Layers (pressed alt+click inbetween layer 1 and layer
4. Set linked layers with different modes to make it easier to find good contrasts while keeping color armony
